Would it straight grade? What would you grade it.

Surfaces are a little weird, hard to tell from online pix. I'd go for AU-58.

The fields seem riddled with hairlines. Maybe it's just the pic. I'm seeing TPG details.

best I could say is UNC details "old cleaning"... the lines cross too much for me to call them die polishing..... However if they are die polishing (i could be wrong) I could go as high as 64 maybe.. that dink on the zero is very distracting...
Regardless Absolutely Beautiful IHC, would be quite happy with it in my album :D

Middle to high AU because of the marks on the surface and it looks like it was cleaned to me!

It's very well struck. Could be an impaired proof like the others here have mentioned.

From my rather limited experience, I'm going to hazard a guess at this being a rather mishandled throughout the years Proof.

I am thinking that it's a Proof that was improperly cleaned. The details on it seem to be way too sharp for a business strike. I don't think that it will get a straight grade.

At first glance it looked like a proof. After I examined the surfaces, they seem to have some unusual toning patterns, but I did not make out any damage.

    An attractive PF64.

I'm seeing an MS coin, but grading has not been one of my strong points. Heck, it's not a point at all.
