Planchet error?

    I'm 99.99993385% sure that this is a planchet error...but just to make sure....what do you think?

    I found this earlier today when I got my milkshake. Sorry about the small blurry pic. Should be good enough. I didn't know if I should post this under "What it's Worth" or "Circulation Finds" or "Errors" or "Main Coin Talk" or what so here ya go...I'll stop talkin now :p

    Because of the angle you used to take the pic - it's hard to say for sure. But it looks like a clip to me. And if it is - yes it happens when the planchet is puched out of the roll of coin strip.

    Well - with the new pics - afraid I'm gonna change my mind. That looks like damage that occured after it left the mint :(

    Aww...well thanks. At least I got it in change at Jack in the Box.

    GDJMSP is correct,it's definately after Mint damage. ~ Jim
