A roll coin penny I can't exactly specify.

    Got this 1997 D penny in today's roll search. It has the most defined sharp image I have ever seen on a peeny. I have tried to research the 1997D PL but can't find much on it. But by pictures it looks the same. Ideas?

    I never heard of a 1997-D PL. That isn't a PL surface, though, anyway, it's too bumpy.
