Yes its pretty blurry so here's the whole coin. (not the best)also some spots where I'm seeing some possible printers.
These coins are hard to sell. If you want to gamble on the variety that's one thing, try to find coins that will sell easy.
yes,if it wasn't for the heavily damaged condition really ashame I would consider the risk.Seller does accept returns but you got a point overall not worth trying for the long run.
One must be careful on digital photos , For my age I have good vision ,I know what Im looking for...but digital images do play tricks on the eyes... as I have looked at a many 1858 h 10 trying to pick an inverted date...even ones where the date placement looked good ...And it turns out what I believed to be A good cherry pick wasn't. Yes true sometimes bad photos turn up great picks...but majority dont.
Its a large risk but sometimes that risk is a huge reward,I've been misdirected and duped plenty of times by pictures even if they are good.Pictures are like a thousand guesses compared to handling a coin in person.
So true many times I have replied to a thread over an image and said could be....but I wont commit unless I have it in hand. Other times yeah if the diagnostics are there yeah roll the dice lady luck does smile at times...as well give you snake eyes and you loose.
Yup... once bought a 1941 Merc off Ebay for $7 that I could swear was the DDO... I receive the coin in hand, it's a cleaned AU and not the DDO.
So this is a coin for sale (eBay?)? I'd pass on it even if it is what you think it is. Too damaged for me.
