What am I seeing here??

    Another find.. I only see one 1982 DDR on Coppercoins.. its the big one!!
    I dont think this one is the DDR but it Does have what looks like some doubling. I would say Die wear but if you look at the top of the monument it has some strong north doubling..
    Any opinions as to what I am seeing?

    Definately not the 82-ddr. Looks like machine doubling to me.
