Coin knife

    After seeing some coin knifes on here and Ebay I thought I’d give it a try. So on a whim here’s my first and some what small attempt.

    A drill press, A lath and lots of eye strain.

    Do an Ike Dollar (less eye strain)
    That is very cool
    I made a ring out of 64 a Kennedy Half once
    I'll post a pic later of it

    If you could, can you measure the gap between the coins and post it? I’d like to know.

    I want to make one with spring locks but I don’t think I can do it under .100” which would make a half dollar about ¼” thick.
