Amazing but it’s slabbed and graded a 9 out of 10. A 1991 Pacific Trading Card Co., Lynnwood, WA. and a Series 2003-A $1.00 bill with Lucy. Both are novelty items but they bring back many memories for me. She was one funny lady.

Indeed it is. I'm not a hoarder...but please don't look under the desk.

I’ll only admit to being a borderline hoarder. I do have my standards. Lol

I disagree with you sir, with the utmost respect and friendship! I don't, for even a second, think you are a hoarder. From what little I've seen about hoarders (and, I confess, that's very little), a "true hoarder" won't get rid of anything, for any reason. From my reading your posts, from the few "conversations" we've shared with each other, you don't fit that description, not even "borderline"! Do you find some amazing things in your dealings with others, yes. Do you add some of them to your "collections", again, yes. But, I've seen your kindness to others, and your generosity, and that just doesn't fit with my understanding of what a hoarder is? Maybe I'm wrong in my definition, but I don't think so. I've accumulated lots of "stuff" through my years on this earth. If I see any "value" to it, I won't throw it away. But, I will give it away, if someone has a need. I saved a bed frame in case I needed a piece of angle iron. I found out a lady was sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I got the old bed frame, cleaned and painted it, and gave it to her. A friend asked me if I had some barbed wire. I had a piece of a roll that I've had for over 30 years, and gave it to him. So, my friend, I don't see us as "hoarders"! I'm the "keeper of the stuff", until myself or someone else needs it. No, I'm not perfect, sometimes I have to stop and have a "shop and backyard cleaning", but I like "repurposing" and sharing. This Hoosier Cabinet was set out for trash pick up. It was in several pieces. My wife decided that it would make a great coffee cabinet. We were remodeling the kitchen, so we actually designed the space around it, so it fit in, lol.

Thank you for your kind words. Very much appreciated and for as me, I won’t give and thought to a real hoarder, which so know I’m not. Now for the Hoosier Cabinet, I have mine and we put it to good use, all natural. You did a wonderful job on yours but I can’t believe it was placed out for the trash man. I’ve seen these in pieces, missing doors and the wire hardware, etc. the sliding enamel top damaged badly and they’ve sold hit up to $300 each. Great job!

    John Skelton Morgan man!

And TCM just had a string of movies with Desi Arnaz in them, including one called Bataan where he had a death scene.
