hello, ive had some coins laying around, i searched the internet to try and find some values but i havnt been able to come across anything. there probably not worth anything but anyways, to list a few i have around: all are in pretty decent condition. - canada 1867-1967 confederation (i dont even know what this is) - 1908 canadian one cent - a misstamped 1980 canadian penny. - 1929 US one cent - 1928 and a 1920 canadian one cent - 1945 and a 1935 canadian five cent i dont know anything about coins. i also have a bag full of foreing old coins. ill have to dig it up out of storage. anything catch the eye?
1908 CDN 1 cent $4.00-$12.00 1928 1 cent $.25-$2.50 1920 1 cent $.20-$3.00 1935 5 cent $.50-$15.00 1945 5 cent $.25-$1.50 There was a silver centennial medallion issued in 1967. I don't know if this is what you have, if it is I've seen them sell on E-bay for just a few dollars. I'd have to see the misstamped penny. I hope this helos you. Bill
wow thanks. the canada 1867-1967 confederation coin is gold colored. not sure what kind of metal. brass im assuming? i have no clue what it is.
I think the medallion I was rererring to was also struck in bronze. The one I have is siver but I'm sure I have seen both metals.
they did a restrike of the Henry VII 1498 british sovereign 5 pound for a proof set.Its very unusual iu bet its going for lot more than what it was bought for now.very nice even if it is a copy of a very old coin.There cant be very many of the original left i would love to find one in good condition though .well who wouldnt
