Odds and Ends IN the Re-photog File

    A snow squall just blew through. It's been cloudy most of the day with falling temps. A great time to re-image some stuff.

    Tell me your thoughts on the reverse of my example. Notice the striations that emanate in a circular pattern? What would be the cause........die polish, or flow lines.....or something else?

    Those pics demonstrate at least one good reason for imaging coins outside of slabs.
    But I'll still keep my coins in slabs, ergo I'll have to live with lower quality images.
