Coin ID help

    I’m out of town and my son sent me a photo of this interesting coin he came across. I only have a photo of one side and it is a lousy photo at that…any help on identifying it?

    Upon closer inspection it looks to be a medal (hole at top vertex)…crown looks like something from German East African coins I’ve seen…Likely Wilhelm II

    Came across this online with better pics…listed as a “truce medal” but the date corresponds with the Kaiser’s birthday.

    Willhelm II, German Emperor. He was born at January 27 1859. This is commemorative medal. Not very rare.
