Found this in change a LONG time ago. Thinking its a lamination but if I"m wrong please tell me. Its definately mint-error because the design is on top of the error place. It is raised a good bit above the surface of the coin (considering its normally flat). There is nothing wrong with the reverse. Any value estimates would be appreciated as well. It is very worn as you can see, but still has some of that pretty silver luster to it. Thanks for your help -lincoln
Never could get those things to show up full size on here. Click on the following link and they're much bigger. Click on each picture and it'll make it larger, and then click on full size in the bottom right corner to make it even bigger. http://tylerpenlandweatherservice.webs.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=8302821
