Ok! It took me a while, but I got it. They are both the same listing. Apparently the original lister had it listed in both countries. The different time are because you have your computer set to list the local time and the Philippines are on the other side of the date line. Look at the time it ended. Feb 24, 201017:10:55 PST versus Feb 25, 2010 09:10:55 PHT. They are exactly 8 hours apart. BTW, the Philippines are 8 hours apart from the Pacific Time Zone.
Sorry, but you are going to have to show me. Their system just will not work if there are multiple listings with the same number.
I've been on ebay, buying and selling since 1997... and I gotta say that while this guy is obviously a con artist of the worst type (advertising one thing, providing another), in most cases, it is buyers that allow this sort of stuff to go on by continuing to BID on their items. Its not up to the buyer to agree to the terms, bid, win, then come back and somehow expect to change the terms of the deal. If you dont like the deal, as in, dealers who refuse to combine shipping (I dont like them either), then dont bid. Support the dealers who do combine, or better yet, offer free shipping.. with good feedback. If the guy is telling you up front he wont combine shipments, you gotta know something is fishy... no honorable dealer of anything on ebay refuses to combine shipping. As for this fella on ebay... last I looked, he had 48 negs. All I am saying is that is fairly easy to protect yourself from unscrupulous dealers online... read the fine print, ask questions before bidding, check feedback, and deal with those dealers who give you good service. Avoid the rest.
