To preface, I’m aware that this particular variety doesn’t exist or hasn’t been documented. But I’ve held onto it for a bit and just wanted some opinions. Years ago, I found the 1999-P Georgia Double Denomination struck on a struck 5C, and this forum was very helpful with that whole process, so I wanted to turn here for help. My son and I do a fair bit of roll hunting, and I came across this looking for AM varieties.. what do you all think? The “doubling” is evident throughout “United States of America”, but most obvious in AMER. The E and M have me most curious. Thank you all for your time, and as always your continued help.

Looks MD to me, but I'm not an expert, so wait for others to chime in.

That was my first thought, but the more I looked at it, the more I was unsure. Thanks for the input!
