    Welcome to Coin Talk. I also think your coin has Machine Doubling. There are several different type of Machine doubling. Flat and shelf-like denotes MD.

    No split serifs/notching, no thickening only thinning, flat and shelf like. All characteristics of MD

    Also notice how the doubling wraps around the devices. A doubled die will show 2 sharp raised images.

    Welcome to CT @David1972. Good full image photo. Thanks. Would have been nice to see the entire coin, even the obverse too. Having the entire coin in a good photo isn't as good as an in-hand evaluation, but helps us with our answers. Good luck.
