Does anybody know what this is? Weird Gemini coin

Hello everybody. I randomly found this coin/medallion thing at a phone booth in a mall in Connecticut atleast 10 years ago and totally forgot about it until now. I've spent a good amount of time trying to find it online, but haven't even come close. It's kinda heavy (I'm guessing at most a pound), and about the same size as a Kennedy half-dollar coin. Has anybody ever seen this before? Or maybe one for another astrological sign? Thanks for the help, it's driving me crazy I can't find anything about it.

Sorry, I should have clarified. I know it's not a "coin" coin I was just drawing a blank on what to call it. Still interested to know if there's anymore of a backstory to this thing.

 

Size of a half dollar but weighs a pound? Wonder what it's made of? Too light for Neutronium, too heavy for anything else known to science. Osmium or iridium, the densest elements, would only weight about an oz
