    Well now, exactly what kind of help are you looking for?

    If it's just a `where om earth is this from', then no problem. It's French Indo China (Annam, Tonkin, Cochin-China, Laos, Cambodia). It was minted from 1887 through to 1894 and is catalogued as KM 1.

    However, if it's a value you are looking for then please look on the other side of the coin and let us know what the date is.
