44s are usually pretty nice coins and once you get past all the black stuff it looks pretty clean with a good strike. Ill say 67.

Everyone is saying 65 or 66 and I'm sitting here thinking 61, maybe 62, because the reverse looks like a weak strike. But I never seem to get it right on these...

Not even close, once again. You really need to spend some time with PCGS Photograde, to learn to grade. Your grading is consistently way too low. Compare the OP coin to these photos from PCGS:
