I thought i was quits with hunting, but the coins call to you, don't they? Whisper in your ear. I heard them today, @CoinJockey73, won't you find us, please? We need a good home . Seriously though, i do feel the tug, lol. Thank you coin gods, for hooking a brother up. Couple of S
@Lem E this one is a beaut! When i saw the date, it didn't look right, it was so clean. In hand, it's really sharp for circulated. The reverse, not so much, but it's silver. And now I'm aware of a ddr on the '45 P. I know i have a few. I'll check them this weekend.
I saw that nickel, very jealous. And could you take any worse pics of that Weir Farm?! Maybe @SensibleSal66 will swap you for his . Great finds!
@Beardigger you had pointed out my first 1939 ddr. Here's my second! I've been bored to tears, so i pulled my '39s, looking for a d. Could have sworn i had found one. Instead i found this beauty. Can't believe it got past me. Check out that V and E in "FIVE"! The E and N in "CENTS"! The LLs and O in MONTICELLO are clearly doubled, but those others, wow!
WOW! Very Cool! Very clearly doubled. It must have come through your hands before you knew what to look for! Yeah......That's got to be it...... Hope you came through the blizzard OK!
I didn't know what to look for, till you showed me so, thank you! That blizzard wasn't so bad. We've weather worse. Hopefully soon we'll be sipping frosty beverages down south, together. Hope you're well. @dano thanks for stopping by
I was right here. Don't get me wrong, with the winds and drifts, it's still not drivable on most side roads, but on the concrete, where it's flat, no drifts, i only got about 12 inches.
Bear with me. Been busy. If this gets obnoxious, just let me know, and I'll stop. No i won't. I'd explain, but no one cares anyway.
