Another Counterfeit 1921 peace dollar for sale

This one is already at $143, and is clearly fake, labeled as being made of brass.
Can we get this crud taken down?

I'm not seeing anything that screams fake on this. I believe the "brass" is referring to the color of the toning. Edit to add. I did not read further along, just looked at the header and photo. I'll do what I can to help.

 

Maybe it is just whispering thru the brass colored toning.

 

The mint location says: CHINA.
It claims to be "uncirculated" which it isn't.

Shouldn't be any sales tax to me in Arizona for coinage.
It should be removed and the seller barred from selling coins

If it doesnt get removed, Could buy it and just have the purchase refunded as its technically against the law to copy...ebay shouldn't be able to make an argument against the refund.

Gone before I could see the listing, but yes the obv is a low relief type of 1922.
