MS66. This is one serious Half. The only thing I see keeping her out of MS67 is the luster grazes across the face.
The contact above the eye and on the hair hurts the grade a bit. The neck/jaw line could be from a polishing, or the frosting has worn off in the area. I am with ldhair on this one, maybe a bump for the eye appeal.
Proof-64, but I would not be a buyer. It’s been dipped with some album toning returning. If the toning doesn’t stop in the holder, it could be a problem years from now. I have a Missouri Commemorative Half Dollar which has that issue.
The obverse just has too many grazes to be more than a Proof 64. It might go CAM, though, a big maybe.
