Looking to get additional opinions, I had bought it online and pictures looked great but upon closer examination, I'm wondering now if it is cleaned looking at the different tone around the stars of the obverse compared to the fields and bust? If this is the case, I can realistically expect to knock off a good 30% of its value right? Photos attached...

I don’t see hairlines, and does not look like dipped out “white gold” to me, so I would not be concerned about it.

    Looks ok to me.
    It‘s just circulated and toned.

Seems like mixed opinions then - thanks for the replies! That third picture for me just looks a little odd around the stars. What sort of grade would you place it, AU-55ish? I have attached further photos of the reverse...

I'm no expert but nothing about that coin as shown in the photos causes me concern.

Morgandude11 As long as it's Silver, I'm listening

Does not look cleaned to me. Just circulation wear is pretty evident in the high spots, especially the cheek and cap. I see it as low AU—probably AU 53.

I agree with not having been cleaned. Nothing stands out to me to indicate cleaning.

    Mid AU, not cleaned.

Gold acts totally different than other metals used to make coins, and I have no experience with them, but it looks good to me (not cleaned). I would think AU55-58, but again, no experience with gold coins.
