well, i kind of saved the best for last, 2-brilliant unc war nickel errors, a mercury dime and a 1983-p clip Roosevelt dime 1944-d ms-65 full bands long die crack underneath date to rim (hard to photograph, but it is there)..1983-p Roosevelt dime with clip and evident blakesly effect
2-1943-d war nickels 34% silver, one gleaming white, the other a beautiful golden colour, (hard to phoot the true luster of these beauties, die cracks obverse & reverse enjoy..i still have 5 other packages to open
ok, well these were sold to me as " off-center" someone told me if no lettering or devices missing, then it is not off center, but a bropadstrike, and all broadstrikes are out of collar so how do you tell if it it an out of collar or a broadstrike, or can it be both???
Someone said "Buy the book before the coin". That is good advice. Especially in the error coin department where folks seem to call error coins whatever there limited knowledge lets them.
