    It’s an undated Jefferson Nickel. Definitely two strikes. Call it what you want. It’s an off-center, it’s a tab indent, whatever but it’s a genuine mint error.

    Have you tried to get it attributed and graded? Looks like an interesting one.

    It's interesting.
    Looks Double struck, Off center with one strike being a uni-strike because there was another planchet underneath at that moment. What a mess!

    Now, how the heck did that happen? Any ideas? Also, how did it get out of the doors of the Mint?

    The reverse is only showing an extraordinarily sharp single strike.

    No Date, +-60% Off-center with partial brockage (since some of the letters are visible on the indent)?
