Paid up for a pretty nice 1967 Jefferson SMS nickel, ~$7.50. Not something I focus on but it looked Cameo and I thought it was cool. @Lehigh96 maybe something you can share your thoughts on.

Also grabbed some nice toned Rosie’s for $2 each. Naturally I waited to put them in flips to take pictures. Not sure why but the last year or two I’ve really taken a liking to toned Rosie’s. I don’t know if they worth anything but basically for melt I’ll take everyone back can find.

    thanks for looking.

Joe, you got a good price on that SMS 1967 Jefferson, I sell the non cameo coins for more than you paid for that cameo, and it looks plenty strong enough to warrant the designation to me. Nice pick up at a great price.

Thanks Paul. I figured I paid 50% or less of its value so I couldn’t pass it up.

I picked up these 2 sets sans the half dollar for about 2 bucks each. I think the holders alone are worth a buck a piece. The nickel in the top one is likely cam or dcam. Interestingly the steps are not full and weak in similar locations to the OP's coin. DSCN3557~2.JPG DSCN3558~2.JPG DSCN3555~2.JPG DSCN3556~2.JPG

Guess I've lived a somewhat sheltered life :woot:...have never before seen or heard Roosevelt dimes referred to as "Rosies"...that I recall. Oh well, now I have...live and learn on CT.

In today's world, people try to shorten and be brief to the point of ridiculousness.
Rosie, Merc, LMC, etc., etc., etc. BTW (LOL intended), they need a special dictionary just to decipher the meaning of letters and shortened words.
