I bought this group lot a few weeks back from Nomo, I really just wanted the seal but the included coins turned out to be very interesting as well. here is the group. The seal is interesting, I did not know when it was from, but I wanted it, I do not think it is Islamic, I think it is Eastern Roman Empire. Here is a few shots from the face. It would be interesting to find out to what office or individual held the seal. Now the coins I need assistance on are beautiful and small, nicely struck, Greek origins. 17mm and 4.8gm Oh deer. 10mm 1.5gm 5-pointed Star I would love to give these reference numbers; they are so small I want to get them in flips before I accidently drop on in the rug. Thank You.
Very nice variety in that group. I believe the second coin (with pentagram reverse) is from Mysia (Pitane).
This one is interesting. The reverse of stag / palm tree with magistrate ΑΝΤΙΦΙΛΟΣ is a type used at Ephesus. https://www.biddr.com/auctions/kairos/browse?a=301&l=278565 The obverse looks Seleucid to me. I’d start by searching Hellenistic Ephesus.
I can spot a silver coin of Sigismund III, king of Poland, 1587-1632. It's probably a 6 groschen or possibly 3 groschen coin depending on the reverse design & weight .
Thank You @Al Kowsky It is silver 19mm light. I thought so at first but I am not sure. Several charters I have seen before on Eastern Roman monograms , this is closest but not a match, Constans II from 7th century , I am thinking much later.
