    Yes you are correct! Faintly see the die scratch on the Memorial to the letter N :) possible worth a $1? I have no idea.

    A lot of people also forget about the 1999 P doubled ear also. Seems only the ones that made big press are the ones that always come to mind. I will admit the 1998 is much more minor.
