Seller is giving you and eBay false tracking number to prove it is shipped. You can never have tracking on a 53 sent envelope. The delivery scan shows when the item he took the tracking number from gets delivered.
ebay says item delivered they sent it, not the shipper, and yes, there are tracked envelopes from ebay for items under 20.00 ususALLY CARDS FOR 53 CENTS I GET 5-10 PER WEEK FROM MY ERROR COIN VENDORS

SEE THE TRACKING NUMBER?? IT IS GENERATED BY EBAY, BUT MEANS NOTHING TO THE POST OFFICE, IT SAID IT WAS DELEIVERED SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE I ACTUALLY GOT IT, THAT IS WHAT I MEAN, SORRY CAPS, BUSY ON 3 WINDOWS TEXTING AND TYPING AND I CANNOT SEE SMALL LETTERS
It is not a USPS tracking number. Don't know how eBay could use that tracking either. If there is nothing to scan on the item, NOBODY could know.
