Would this be considered a no fg coin cant see a fg with naked eye but can with camera after it's blower up
The "No FG" was due to over-polished dies. Some coins, like the OP, will exhibit a weak FG. For it to be considered a "No FG", it has to be gone.
The mint tries to get as many strikes as possible from a set of dies, so they do maintenance on them in an attempt to keep them in service. One of the things they do is polish the dies to remove marks, clashes, debris, etc., and in doing so, it wears down and eventually removes the high devices. The designers initials on the Kennedy is one of those high devices, so finding one without the initials simply indicates the die had been over polished. NAV, No Added Value. The three legged Buffalo nickel is a good example of this.
