Many of them?I think your getting confused PCGS has only certified 5 of the d's and a few dozen of the Phillys out of the billions minted.
Yes even in the shape for the op's example this could be hundreds to possibly a few thousand and up(get it certified).
From the pics the OP provided, I agree with @Mark68. The 94 looks like a normal find. The 92 is the cream. Congrats! http://www.lincolncentcollection.com/closeamwideam.php
And I read pcgs article it says nothing about how many we're released to the public, but only that they found and verified 5 92d 1c.
Unless I'm mistaken, I count about 80 from PCGS. All colors. 1992-D 1C Close AM, BN (Regular Strike) Lincoln Cent (Modern) - PCGS CoinFacts Still a great find!
And I can't remember if I showed this one or not. If it was a spread or MD. It's another 92 d I found
Good Pics. The dime is a Baber, not a S mint that I can see. Value tops maybe $4. Definitely place that one in a 2x2. The Liberty 1933 copy type is selling for about $10 on e-bay. The 1968 D cent runs about 5 cent in that condition. It looks like the E in Liberty took a small hit. There are 7 RPMs for that date/MM in Variety Vista and 2 listed in Brian's Varieties. See if yours matches by a detailed side-by-side copy & paste comparison. 1968-D RPMs (varietyvista.com) Brian's Variety Coins - 1968-1989 One Cent Repunched Mintmarks (briansvarietycoins.com) If the edge of the 1992 D isn't damaged or nicked and it's not a plating blister, then that spot on the rim might be the start of a pre-cud.
I really need better pics of that 92, If that is the real deal then wow congrats. I have searched for that beast for years.
