No, its worth maybe a buck or two. I regularly find them in my change. Definitely not worth $15-$25.

What year is it? I don't understand how you found a medal for bravery in your change... Is it a medal, or a coin? What denomination is it? Can you take a picture of it, or find a similar picture online?

The bravery coin is a quarter minted in 2006. They put these into circulation. Unless it's pro-graded and rare, i.e. has a mistake, it's only worth maybe 3-5 it's face, and only if someones willing to pay. Problem with numismatics is that coins are only worth what someone is willing to pay. Who knows, there's a very far-off chance that some crazy guy will give you $100 for it. Hey, it could happen, ya never know.

I also have a feeling that o's what he was talking about. But his definition isn't very clear. Cointalker, is it a quarter? If it is, it is worth face value.
