A little help with this 2006 p North Dakota state quarter

    It looks kind of like a "Strike through" error. Better pics will most certainly confirm.;)

    do you have a photo of the reverse? It is a off center strike as well.

    Looks like "struck through grease" from the photos, especially the area behind Washington's head.

    First and worse is it's in an INB slab. One of the top TPG companies to stay away from. I'll leave opinions to the more experienced. Good luck.
