Hi my friends on CoinTalk, I hope y'all have enjoyed the great holidays. I'm very blessed and humbled to be here today with everyone of you guys. Thnx for your expertise when we need it. You guys are cool folks here. I have something that I would like y'all to help me with. I have this penny that looks different to me for some reason. Please give me your thoughts after looking at the pics. Thank you all again. Peace

Hi @Cointop Smith. It looks different to me for some reason too. What's the reason it looks different to you? I'm thinking maybe it could be the same reason.

You might want to get a weight on this. Normal weight is 3.11 grams (+ or -) and diameter 19mm. Go from there to see if you have possibly thin planchet or PMD.

Other than PMD it is a nicely worn, circulated 1945 cent. What are you seeing? Having the coin in hand is always an advantage.
Please always post your photos Full Image and crop them so just the coin is showing. Thanks.
