I may very well sell this one. I have been trying to put some money on the line and see what I can get back, and I’ve done considerably well in the past two or three years. Yes, include grandma in any profits as she will be appreciative and more likely to keep her eyes open for more deals to pass your way. Both are nice finds, give grandma a hug from me as mine are all passed on now.
