Worn dies but also a minor die chip on the rein. The die chip is an error/variety, but it's not unusual to find them on ATB quarters, and they don't add value
What you are seeing is die deterioration doubling, not the results of a doubled die. True hub doubling is classified as a variety not an error FYI. It’s your collection. Keep what you want and don’t let anyone tell you different. It’s a nice example of one of the things a worn die can cause.
