2007 P/D Roosevelt Dime error

    I found a 1974 dime with letters USU I don't know if that means anything any suggestions.....

    I'm currently at work but when I get home I'll take pics of the reverse too. Sorry about that cause I was sitting in my vehicle after I got my change from groceries and noticed it and took pics and posted it
