Is it possible this is a P/D? It was really noticeable when I got loose change back from groceries. Once I got to my car I took these pics.

Looks to me like a badly worn die.

All the lines coming from the neck area are actually on the coin too.

I guess you didn't read the part that said "once I got to my car". I'm still sitting in it!

No. Die Deterioration issue. Worn die strike.

The mint mark looks like it's just damaged. But those lines are interesting.

The mint stopped punching mint marks into individual working dies in 1989 so it's not possible for you coin to be a OMM.

Agreed, the radial flow lines are all over a clear hint of a worn out die, still 10 cents.

Those aren't "radial flow lines." Not in that starburst pattern they're not. They're too regular to even be polish lines, although that's a closer possibility.

That Dime is one of the best strikes by a worn die that I’ve ever seen.

Those lines are definitely Radial flow lines just in a deterioration die state.
What does the reverse look like?

Extreme die wear erosion. Just a worn-out die struck coin. The die should have been pulled out of service way before it struck this coin.

Super worn die. Great example for a teaching aid. I'd sure keep it for show-and-tell.

Interesting but no cigar. It could have been better if you had shown both sides. Good luck.
