Well, I don't know, but imagine if that reverse was paired with this obverse.

Hello again all, as of December of 2021 I was diagnosed with a 20 pound cancerous sarcoma that had encapsulated my right kidney. Both were removed successfully and will be going in for a scan on Feb 7 to hopefully be told I am cancer free. During my recovery at home I started working again on my coin, token collection that was started when I was a young boy. I came across this Lincoln Assassination Memorial Medal that was in a bag of odds N ends I had not went thru that I guess was bought at a sale of some sorts years ago. The links below were all I could find on this and was wondering if any of you out there can tell if this is real or a copy or worth having it graded. Thankyou all in advance for any help you may have.
