are 2x2's and intercept shield holders the same size?

i have posted this is another thread, but i am wondering if the standard 2x2 cardboard holder is the same size of the intercept shield holder? acutally if someone can tell me the size of the IS holder, that would be great.

i am trying to see if a standard 2x2 storage box will work for the IS coin holders.
