Any Photos, Information about the coins found in the Richmond time capsule?

    Anybody have any new information about the 12 copper coins and couple silver coins reported in the unearthing of the time capsule discovered in the razing of the Robert E. Lee memorial statue?

    Someone posted 2 hours of raw footage on FB the other day. I scanned through it quickly to see if there were coin-like things in it. Looks like a Morgan dollar and a seated half were among them, but the video wasn't taken with the purpose of identifying the coins, just watching the process of pulling stuff out of the box.

    As I posted on the other thread, the coins pulled out that were identified during the video were an 1883 dime, 1853 quarter (I think it was a quarter), 1886 dollar, and an Indian Head cent whose date was not immediately legible. I thought the OP was referring to a packet of wrapped coins that was not opened in front of the camera. The person pulling stuff out of the box didn't have much coin knowledge - she referred to one coin as having a "picture of a lady" on it, or something like that.
