I received these photos via email. I am assuming a fake?? I am not familiar with these. The reverse has some serious damage.
Dentils are a trainwreck, digits in date are all the wrong shapes, hair is cartoonish. At first I thought someone was scratching the back to see if it was gold, but with that amount of damage I wonder if it was someone removing a COPY stamp. I just wouldn't expect to see gold under the scratches in that case.
The OP “coin” is intended to be the 1829 large date (BD-1) variety. There are only about seven of these known to exist, so a genuine example would be an extremely rare coin. Unfortunately, the denticles on the OP coin do not line up with the stars/letters correctly, so the coin is not genuine. I agree that the scratches on the reverse may have obliterated a “COPY” stamp.
