Help with better pic focus

I need help with better pic shots on the coins and less shadows sight. It makes it look like a MD instead of a double. Thoughts on apps or better camera or camera lens on phone anything will help.

Try this and you have to play around with the lighting.

Your phone should be high enough above the coin to allow light to hit the subject evenly. 3 lights is ideal, 2, 6 and 10 o'clock, experiment with distance.

Have you found an actual Doubled Die since you started on this forum?

 

He has found hundreds of doubled dies, have you not been following his threads?

I recommend he get a Brownie Starmite II, that’s what I use. Use Kodak film, it’s the best.

Don't forget to use a lens wipe now and then.... can't even guess how many hazy pics I've taken because of a smudge on my phone's camera lens

 

Some posts just crack me up.
