full band or not?

    All I want is as close to the design as possible. The middle band impresses weak not by accident but because the hammer die is pressing into a ditch in that area formed on the anvil die. That's why the design typically doesn't take well along that middle band. I don't care what they want to confirm or deny, as I know what the design is supposed to look like. The line is supposed to go through uninterrupted. If it does, it's the full design. If it doesn't, it's not. That's all I care to know.

    I wonder if NGC would have given it FSB...it's close.

    @yakpoo. NGC graded it. See post #60 by the OP. (Perhaps you meant PCGS)
