The die engraver must of had a bad night

I’ve had this coin in my collection for awhile now. To me, it’s one of the most unusual errors in US coinage. The die engraver must have been distracted or hung over. These pics are under natural light. Just a beautiful design. 1CA7BE1A-8F0D-45EB-BBA9-5D4EC0A11857.jpeg FE9D513D-8A78-4207-AA60-B8562CAA5E74.jpeg

Where do you see an error?

    Or mis-engraving?

It took me a while to figure out what you are talking about, but yes. That's a cool error. Someone started engraving "United" under the 50 C. @Treashunt

    It’s the 50 C over UNI

Is that the one known as the 50/UNI reverse? If so because it is on the die it would be classified as a variety not an error, but still a beautiful coin

Interesting. I wouldn't have caught that without help. Thanks @GH#75.
