got in my missing 7 (8) state washington quarters question on describing

    ok, these 7 (now 8) quarters were described as follows: (orig. listing): https://www.ebay.com/itm/203728355657

    All are Partial Collar. A Broadstruck would not show any reeding at all. Simple.
