Graded by NGC with a date of 1967 in MS-62 as a Obverse Struck Thru Capped Die Mint Error. In this case my poor photo skills are not to blame. This is actually the way the coin looks in hand. The obverse is wavy and looks to be slightly under water. The rev pi’s much better but not sharp. It’s a neat and fairly scarce with the strike thru.

You’re welcome. This is my newest error. The price was great so I couldn’t resist.
