2008-D oklahoma washington quarter with concentric lathe lines on reverse

concentric lathe lines, you can see them best in the pictures, above the bird (reverse) and lower right (near flowers, they are faint, but they are there...been trying to get my hands on as many as i can find, for i feel they are undervalued at the moment...
