    Hello,

Does anyone have an idea what a Morgan silver dollar
    1880-S PCGS MS63 is worth?

    Thanks,
    Keith

I was giving a general price a seller can expect, $35-$40. A bunch of those coins in the completed listing were for VAMs, and a few look liked borderline PLs, but there were also a few that sold for right around $40, and with eBay and paypal fees, your looking at $35.

Also it's no secret people tend to over pay on eBay.

$35 is the right money for that coin.

I'd like to know where you can buy them for 35.

    Coin show?
    Coin shop?
    Teletrade?

You could have bid on these two auctions: 1880-S MORGAN SILVER DOLLAR PCGS MS63 UNC - eBay (item 300392803583 end time Feb-05-10 17:45:29 PST)

1880-S MORGAN SILVER DOLLAR PCGS MS63 UNC - eBay (item 300392803081 end time Feb-04-10 17:37:23 PST)

And again the $35-$40 estimate was what a SELLER can expect. This is the What's it worth section, it's for
As in a selling price, not a buying price.

Cultivate reputations with other collectors and dealers,

Cultivate reputations with other collectors and dealers, spend time and money with these, buy from them, sell to them at shows and shops and you to can buy this way all day long - remember as I have always said a hundred times and it took me several years to learn, "you always make your money buying not selling coins"! If you have trouble with that concept just keep working on it till you get it.
