    Looks like damage to me,whoever pierced her nose did a pretty bad job;)

    Any ideas as to how something like that, whether damage or error, could have happened?
    Just curious. No ideas myself.

    With that jaunt to the NNE from the intersection of that Unknown Disturbance with her Nose, the irregular track of the Disturbance, and some minor difference in the height of the Field adjacent to the Disturbance, I would classify this as a Planchet Defect (usually due to an incomplete mixing of the copper and silver, with possible contamination or poor heat treatment also a possibility) and NOT a scratch.
