1833 Capped Bust Half - Help Please!

    Sorry, but it appears to be O-104, R-1.

    The position of the I under the T and the olive stem to the C rule out the O-105,
    plus the T in STATES is higher than the A and E seem to confirm it.

    Thank you for the information, it's not disappointing - it's interesting, I really appreciate all the input and insight. I'm motivated to at some point post pictures of my other Capped Bust halves (none very nice) to find out more about them. It's all very fascinating to me. Happy Holidays!
