Attribution error . . . Can you find it?

Slab Errors anyone?


I ran across a few interesting listings on fleaBay this morning. A seller had posted a few "certified" hobo nickel tokens. Each of the slabs pictured below has at least on "attribution error." Can you tell what they might be?

They look like O/S Indian Head 5¢, Not O/S on Jefferson 5¢.

 

Definitely not a Jefferson nickel, lol.

Maybe they got confused by the dates.

 

There is a bigger elephant in the room . . .

One of them is overstruck on a Jefferson.

Ummm what?... How is that possible? They didn't mint Indian head nickels after Jefferson's did they?...

 

Jefferson joined the same tribe as "Pocahontas" did and became an Indian.

 

You folks do realize that the buffalo reverse is also a die engraved by DC.

 

Yes, but the point I was trying to make is that all of the pieces above were created by Ron Landis of GMM, not Daniel Carr . . . . .
